The College of Law and Political Science at Warith Al-Anbiyaa University (PBUH) organized a scientific seminar titled:
"Religious Authority, Tribes, and the Law: A Partnership in Achieving Community Security",
with the participation of a distinguished group of academic, security, and social figures.
The seminar was presented by Brigadier Alaa Al-Hasnawi, Director of Karbala’s Criminal Investigation Department. He highlighted the role of the religious authority and tribal leaders in supporting the law and enhancing community security, emphasizing the importance of joint coordination among various entities to ensure societal stability.
The seminar also featured extensive discussions on the mechanisms for achieving security through cooperation between security institutions, legal bodies, and tribal communities. Participants stressed the need to activate legal frameworks in a way that ensures justice and preserves social peace.
