As Part of Enhancing the Practical Dimension Within the Academic Journey

The College of Law at Warith Al-Anbiyaa University held a specialized training course titled:
"Administrative Lawsuit Procedures Before the Administrative Judiciary Court"

The course was conducted under the supervision of:

  • Dr. Falah Hassan Atiyah

  • Dr. Nizar Mohammed Jasem

The course aimed to develop the practical competencies of law students and deepen their understanding of the legal procedures followed before the Administrative Judiciary Court. It focused on both theoretical and applied aspects, including:

✅ General principles and jurisdiction of administrative judiciary
✅ Procedural and substantive steps in administrative lawsuits
✅ Skills in drafting legal briefs and pleadings
✅ Practical applications based on real cases from the Iraqi judiciary

This course is part of the College’s strategic plan to integrate theory with practice, in line with its vision to prepare qualified legal professionals capable of engaging effectively with the demands of the judicial field.
