As part of its strategy for digital transformation and improving the efficiency of its technological infrastructure, the Information Technology Centre at the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa (PBUH), in collaboration with the Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs, organised a specialised training workshop titled:
“TrueNAS and Vaultwarden Systems”, focusing on file organisation and institutional account security.
The workshop provided practical training on using the TrueNAS system for storing and sharing files between the university presidency, colleges, and various departments. It also introduced Vaultwarden, a system designed for secure and efficient management of institutional login credentials and passwords.
This workshop comes within the university’s efforts to strengthen cybersecurity and enhance its digital working environment, contributing to improved administrative performance and safeguarding official data. These efforts align with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure, by investing in digital infrastructure, and Goal 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions, by improving governance systems and ensuring the secure and transparent protection of institutional information.
