As part of collaborative efforts between the Accounting Department and the Educational Guidance and Psychological Counseling Department at Warith Al-Anbiyaa University, students embarked on an academic journey to the holy shrine in Kadhimiya. Led by Dr. Heba Allah Mustafa, the Head of the Accounting Department, the trip aimed to expand students' horizons and deepen their understanding of cultural and intellectual heritage.
Under the patronage of Sheikh Ali Al-Fatlawi, students received an informative lecture on educational guidance, followed by exploring the museum at the holy shrine in Kadhimiya. In celebration of World Radio Day, the College of Media at Warith Al-Anbiyaa University organized a special event hosting the Iraqi House for Creativity Foundation, a significant cultural and media institution in Iraq.
This visit, part of collaborative cultural exchange efforts, provided an opportunity for the foundation's officials to familiarize themselves with the university, its academic, cultural, and social programs, and to exchange experiences and opinions on enhancing future cooperation.
The visit included exploring important religious and historical landmarks in the holy city of Karbala, concluding with the foundation expressing gratitude for the warm reception and expressing hope for future collaboration in culture, media, education, and more.
A delegation from the College of Engineering at Warith Al-Anbiyaa University signed a memorandum of understanding with Amir Kabir University in Iran. The delegation, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Raouf Mohammed Radi and including the Heads of the Petroleum and Gas Engineering Department and specialists from the Al-Sabt Specialized Center.
The memorandum covered 13 important points for both parties, focusing on academic education, scientific research, and postgraduate studies, as well as the exchange of professors for supervision and teaching to benefit both universities.

As part of the national initiative to support energy and reduce emissions, Dr. Hassan Ahmed, a faculty member in the Aeronautical Engineering department at the College of Engineering, participated in the "International Auditors Preparation Program" for ISO 5000 1 standard. In the presence of Mr. Ibrahim Al-Hayawi, the University President, and Dr. Mohamed Jamal Al-Taif, the Dean of the College of Media, the Department of Digital Media at the College of Media, in collaboration with the Media Department at the Holy Hussainiya Shrine, organized a scientific workshop titled "Digital Design Using Artificial Intelligence Techniques" presented by designer Osama Adnan Al-Khayyat from the Media Office of the Holy Hussainiya Shrine.
The University President emphasized to the students the importance of showcasing their media talents and assured them of the university's strong support by launching a competition for the best college logo design, designing a brochure specifically for the College of Media, and creating a professional promotional video.
This workshop aimed to introduce the concept of design and its types, as well as the artificial intelligence tools that designers can utilize in their work. The workshop also included sharing experiences in designing websites for the Holy Shrine.
