Under the patronage of the University President, Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Al-Hayawi, the College of Law, in cooperation with the Department of Educational Guidance and Psychological Counseling, held a seminar titled “The Legal Profession Between Law and Sharia.”

The seminar was delivered by His Eminence Sheikh Ahmad Al-Safi and moderated by Dr. Sattar Al-Ghazzi.

His Eminence presented insights on the Islamic rulings related to the legal profession, discussing the relationship between the lawyer and the client, the contract binding them, and the religious rulings on various practical issues that lawyers or clients may encounter.

Students expressed their gratitude for the clarification of these religious rulings, which contribute to their development and ethical grounding as future legal professionals.
