The course aimed to develop the practical competencies of law students and deepen their understanding of the legal procedures followed before the Administrative Judiciary Court. It focused on both theoretical and applied aspects, including:

This course is part of the College’s strategic plan to integrate theory with practice, in line with its vision to prepare qualified legal professionals capable of engaging effectively with the demands of the judicial field.

Graduation Research Discussions for Fourth-Year Students at Warith Al-Anbiyaa University 
In a rigorous and scholarly atmosphere, the College of Law and Political Science at Warith Al-Anbiyaa University (peace be upon him) conducted the graduation research discussions for fourth-year students.The sessions were attended by the University’s Vice President for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Dr. Nawfal Al-Aaraji, along with the college’s deanship. As part of the academic cooperation between the Karbala Court of Appeals and the College of Law at Warith Al-Anbiyaa University (PBUH), Judge Rassem Al-Yasiri, Vice President of the Karbala Court of Appeals, delivered a lecture to third-year students as part of the Virtual Court course.
The lecture focused on the practical aspects of law, during which Judge Al-Yasiri reviewed the functioning of courts and judicial procedures, thereby enhancing students’ practical understanding and connecting them to the realities of the legal profession.

As Part of Enhancing Scientific Engagement and Developing Students’ Academic Skills, the College of Law Recently Organized a Scientific Competition in Criminal Law The event was conducted under the supervision and presentation of Assist. Prof. Dr. Ahmed Jabir and Dr. Hussein Taj. The competition was marked by the outstanding participation of students who demonstrated a high level of understanding and analytical ability in the field, contributing to a vibrant academic atmosphere filled with constructive competition.The event also witnessed broad academic and student attendance, providing an opportunity for the exchange of ideas and perspectives among all participants.

As part of the Al-Anwar Al-Muhammadiyah initiative, the College of Law at Warith Al-Anbiyaa University (peace be upon him) organized a field tour to villages on the outskirts of the Holy Karbala province. The purpose was to offer legal consultations and introduce the services of the university's Legal Clinic to citizens who lack legal knowledge or are in need of appointing a lawyer — free of charge — for a period of one week.




 

 



 

The Continuing Education Center, in collaboration with the College of Law, held a scientific course titled "Legal Terminology in the English Language", delivered by Assist. Lecturer Haneen Mohammed Jawad and Assist. Lecturer Nermin Abdulameer Salman, over a period of three days.
The course aimed to enrich law students with essential and commonly used legal vocabulary in English, enabling them to conduct legal transactions in both international and local contexts.

Midterm Exam Instructions for the Academic Year 2024-2025
The exam will begin at 12:30 PM for all stages.
The exam duration is two hours.
Students must arrive at the exam hall 15 minutes before the exam starts.
Only black ballpoint pens are allowed for answering the exam.
Mobile phones are not allowed in the exam hall and must be submitted to the designated storage areas in the university.
Students must present their student ID at the exam hall.
The use of white ink pens in the exam booklet is prohibited.

This is a remarkable accomplishment that reflects the efforts of the faculty members, administrative staff, students, and the continuous development within the college

The College of Law achieved a remarkable academic accomplishment by securing the first place among private universities and the second place (tied) among all Iraqi universities in the Iraqi National Ranking for academic departments. This ranking was issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

In the presence of the Administrative Assistant, Prof. Dr. Noufal Al-Aaraji, the Scientific Assistant, Prof. Dr. Waqid Al-Moussawi, and the Dean of the College of Law, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ali Sahib Al-Sharifi, the College of Law welcomed its new students.

Under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Law, Prof. Dr. Ali Sahib Al-Sharifi, and the Administrative Assistant, Asst. Prof. Dr. Ahmed Sabri Kazem, the students of the College of Law carried out a student activity titled "Act First Towards a More Beautiful University Environment." The initiative aims to improve the university environment and make it cleaner. This is a great step toward raising environmental awareness among students and contributing to the enhancement of the campus.

Training Course for Law College Students titled "Procedures for Administrative Lawsuits" for Three Days
The course was presented by Dr. Falah Hassan Atiyah and Dr. Nizar Mohammad Jassim. The course covered how to file an administrative lawsuit before the Administrative Court, the legal format of the lawsuit petition, the procedures for filing the lawsuit, and the process of appealing the judgment issued in the case.

On the occasion of World Afforestation Day, under the patronage of the President of the University, Professor Dr. Ibrahim Saeed Al-Hayawi, and with the participation of the deans of colleges, faculty members, and students.The College of Law, in cooperation with the Department of Ornamentation and Arboriculture at the University of Heir al-Anbiya (peace be upon him), participated in an initiative to plant flower and tree seedlings in the university’s gardens on International Arboriculture Day.This initiative came to encourage dear students to take the initiative and pay attention to agriculture and afforestation inside and outside the university because of its importance in making the university atmosphere distinctive and healthy.

The conclusion of the research sessions of the “Third International Scientific Conference” held by the Faculty of Law at the University of Heir al-Anbiya (peace be upon him). The quality assurance official at the College of Law attended a meeting in the office of the scientific assistant. The official of the quality assurance department at the university included quality officials in the colleges in order to ensure the application of the best quality standards in the colleges and departments of the University of Heir al-Anbiya (peace be upon him) to discuss the plans drawn up to enter the international and local classifications and follow up on the completed procedures. In addition to evaluating the performance in colleges and evaluating teaching staff, which has an impact on achieving the quality of university education, which the university aspires to implement optimally.
