The course aimed to develop the practical competencies of law students and deepen their understanding of the legal procedures followed before the Administrative Judiciary Court. It focused on both theoretical and applied aspects, including:
✅ General principles and jurisdiction of administrative judiciary ✅ Procedural and substantive steps in administrative lawsuits ✅ Skills in drafting legal briefs and pleadings ✅ Practical applications based on real cases from the Iraqi judiciary
This course is part of the College’s strategic plan to integrate theory with practice, in line with its vision to prepare qualified legal professionals capable of engaging effectively with the demands of the judicial field.

In a rigorous and scholarly atmosphere, the College of Law and Political Science at Warith Al-Anbiyaa University (peace be upon him) conducted the graduation research discussions for fourth-year students.The sessions were attended by the University’s Vice President for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Dr. Nawfal Al-Aaraji, along with the college’s deanship. Strengthening the Practical Aspect Through Collaboration with the Karbala Court of Appeals

As part of the academic cooperation between the Karbala Court of Appeals and the College of Law at Warith Al-Anbiyaa University (PBUH), Judge Rassem Al-Yasiri, Vice President of the Karbala Court of Appeals, delivered a lecture to third-year students as part of the Virtual Court course.
The lecture focused on the practical aspects of law, during which Judge Al-Yasiri reviewed the functioning of courts and judicial procedures, thereby enhancing students’ practical understanding and connecting them to the realities of the legal profession.

Organized a Scientific Competition in Criminal Law

As Part of Enhancing Scientific Engagement and Developing Students’ Academic Skills, the College of Law Recently Organized a Scientific Competition in Criminal Law The event was conducted under the supervision and presentation of Assist. Prof. Dr. Ahmed Jabir and Dr. Hussein Taj. The competition was marked by the outstanding participation of students who demonstrated a high level of understanding and analytical ability in the field, contributing to a vibrant academic atmosphere filled with constructive competition.The event also witnessed broad academic and student attendance, providing an opportunity for the exchange of ideas and perspectives among all participants.

Legal Clinics









As part of the Al-Anwar Al-Muhammadiyah initiative, the College of Law at Warith Al-Anbiyaa University (peace be upon him) organized a field tour to villages on the outskirts of the Holy Karbala province. The purpose was to offer legal consultations and introduce the services of the university's Legal Clinic to citizens who lack legal knowledge or are in need of appointing a lawyer — free of charge — for a period of one week.

Legal Terminology in the English Language

The Continuing Education Center, in collaboration with the College of Law, held a scientific course titled "Legal Terminology in the English Language", delivered by Assist. Lecturer Haneen Mohammed Jawad and Assist. Lecturer Nermin Abdulameer Salman, over a period of three days.
The course aimed to enrich law students with essential and commonly used legal vocabulary in English, enabling them to conduct legal transactions in both international and local contexts.

Midterm Exam Schedule for the First-Year Students

Midterm Exam Instructions for the Academic Year 2024-2025
The exam will begin at 12:30 PM for all stages.
The exam duration is two hours.
Students must arrive at the exam hall 15 minutes before the exam starts.
Only black ballpoint pens are allowed for answering the exam.
Mobile phones are not allowed in the exam hall and must be submitted to the designated storage areas in the university.
Students must present their student ID at the exam hall.
The use of white ink pens in the exam booklet is prohibited.

The course covered how to file an administrative lawsuit before the Administrative Court, the legal format of the lawsuit petition, the procedures for filing the lawsuit, and the process of appealing the judgment issued in the case.
