Educational Visit by Law Students to the State Council

Under the patronage of the University President, Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Al-Hayawi, and the Dean of the College of Law, Assist. Prof. Dr. Ali Al-Sharifi, the College of Law organized an educational trip for its students, accompanied by several faculty members, to the State Council, administrative courts, and the Administrative Judiciary in the capital, Baghdad.
Dr. Falah Hassan Atiyah, Associate Dean of the College of Law, stated: "This educational visit to the State Council aimed to familiarize our dear students with administrative courts, the procedures of administrative lawsuits, and the litigation process. The students attended several hearings in courts that specialize in public employment, administrative penalties, administrative lawsuits, and the appeal mechanisms in the Administrative Judiciary Court."

Educational Field Trip for Law Students to the Federal Supreme Court

In line with the commitment to providing comprehensive knowledge to law students in accordance with labor market requirements, and under the patronage of the University President, Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Al-Hayawi, and the Dean of the College of Law, Assist. Prof. Dr. Ali Al-Sharifi, the College of Law organized a legal field trip for fourth-year law students — supervised by the teaching staff — to the Federal Supreme Court in the capital, Baghdad.
The visit aimed to offer students practical insight into the procedures of filing constitutional lawsuits through direct interaction with the President, members, and administrative staff of the Federal Supreme Court.
During the visit, students received a detailed practical explanation of how constitutional lawsuits are filed, as well as an overview of the structure, jurisdiction, and sessions of the Federal Supreme Court. They also attended hearings for several constitutional cases.
On behalf of the College of Law, the delegation — represented by Dr. Falah Hassan Atiyah, the Associate Dean — presented a commemorative shield to the President of the Federal Supreme Court, along with words of thanks and appreciation to the Court's members and staff for the valuable knowledge they provided.

First Legal Scientific Competition

The College of Law at the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa (peace be upon him) Achieves First Place in the "First Legal Scientific Competition"
Under the patronage of the University President, Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Al-Hayawi, and in the presence of the Administrative Assistant, Prof. Dr. Noufal Al-Aaraji, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Law, Assist. Prof. Dr. Ali Al-Sharifi, the College of Law, in cooperation with the College of Law at the University of Karbala, held its First Legal Scientific Competition.
The competition featured teams from the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa (peace be upon him), Ahlulbait University (peace be upon him), and the College of Al-Mustaqbal University.
The competition was judged by a number of law professors from the University of Karbala and included legal questions aimed at enhancing students' academic level and enriching their legal knowledge.
The team from the College of Law at the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa (peace be upon him) won first place in the competition.

A scientific debate was held in the classrooms of the College of Law between its students and the students of the College of Media. This is a wonderful opportunity to showcase different perspectives on topics related to law and media, as well as to exchange ideas and foster interaction among students from various disciplines. Such debates can be rich and enriching, as participants address common or intersecting legal and media topics.

A scientific trip for students of the College of Law to Babylon Governorate

The College of Law at the University of Heir al-Anbiya (peace be upon him) held a scientific trip for the college’s students, accompanied by faculty members, to the Department of Investigations, Criminal Evidence, and Criminal Registration in Babylon Governorate, where the students learned about the legal procedures followed there, and how to conduct the criminal registration process and the conduct of criminal investigations.

The College of Law at the University of Heir al-Anbiya (peace be upon him) held a scientific trip for the college’s students, accompanied by faculty members, to the Iraqi Jurists Union, its general headquarters in the capital, Baghdad, where the students, accompanied by the president of the Union, Dr. Muhammad Numan al-Daoudi, toured the corridors of the Union and learned about its intellectual and cultural activities.

Students of the College of Law commemorate the Shaabaniya births

The students of the Faculty of Law at the University of Heir al-Anbiya (peace be upon him) commemorated the birth anniversary of the moons of the family of Muhammad in the holy month of Shaban, in the presence of the distinguished faculty members. The students hosted the poet Muhammad Al-A’ajbi, the late Al-Husseini leader Samir Al-Waeli, and the poet Hamza Al-Samawi, to commemorate this fragrant occasion.

A scientific trip for students of the Faculty of Law to the Holy Kadhimiya Shrine.

The College of Law at the University of Heir al-Anbiya (peace be upon him) held a scientific trip for the college students, accompanied by the faculty members, to the holy Kadhimiya Shrine, where the students performed the visitation ceremonies and then got to know the intellectual and cultural activities at the Holy Shrine, as they visited the oldest library on the Holy Shrine. Al-Kadhimiya, learn about the books in it, and visit the wood manuscripts workshop.
